Somatic Satsang
Somatic Satsang is a space of deep, embodied meeting — where the intelligence of the body is welcomed in the light of awareness.
Rooted in the clarity of non-dual presence, informed by Somatic Parts work, enriched by somatic inquiry, and attuned to the language of subtle parts and the unfelt, this approach invites the whole being into a field of stillness, sensation, and reverent curiosity.
Rather than interpreting or fixing, we gently attune to each sensation, emotion, or part as it appears — not to change it, but to meet it fully. Even numbness, tightness, or resistance is seen as a doorway, not a block. Through refined somatic language and presence-based inquiry, the client develops deeper safety, intimacy, and vocabulary with their own internal world.
The body becomes a sacred mirror — not just reflecting personal history, but revealing the deeper truth of who and what we are.
This is not therapy in the conventional sense.
It is a subtle, direct path of embodied awareness, unforced unfolding, and unconditioned compassion.
You are not a problem to solve — you are a presence to return to.
Elements in a Session…
-

Presence precedes process
Everything unfolds within awareness. The therapist’s presence — grounded, spacious, and attuned — is often the most powerful intervention. Different parts of us show up within a larger field of consciousness, not outside it. This view honours both the uniqueness of each part and the unchanging awareness in which they appear.
-

Feeling before freeing
We begin with somatic contact — not analysis. Sensations in the body are not obstacles; they are gateways. Each sensation holds a truth, a memory, or a wisdom waiting to be met. Recognition and insight arise naturally from this grounded contact.
-

Healing is not fixing — it’s meeting
Nothing needs to be forced, changed, or improved for healing to unfold. What is fully met in presence begins to transform on its own. The work is not about getting somewhere — it’s about being here, completely.
-

The body is not a problem — it’s a mirror
The body reflects our consciousness, our conditioning, our longings. It reveals what words cannot. We don’t try to override it — we listen to it as an intimate teacher. In this way, the body becomes a sacred site of awakening, not a symptom to manage.

Satsang as embodied experience
Satsang — true meeting in stillness — isn’t just a concept or dialogue. It can be lived through the body. Each sensation, contraction, or silence becomes a moment of satsang: a call to return, a chance to meet life as it is.

Compassion without control
We don’t push, fix, or strive. There is no rush. Trust in the unfolding. Every protective pattern, every blank space, every hesitation — all are met with kindness. Even resistance is welcomed as part of the field.
Stillness is the sweet space where the illusion of separation melts away, revealing the unity of all that is.
